About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to senior leadership. In this role, you will manage schedules, coordinate activities, and handle a wide range of tasks to ensure efficiency and productivity. This is a fully remote position requiring strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism.

Requirements

  • 2–5+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello)
  • Basic knowledge of bookkeeping or expense tracking
  • Experience coordinating international travel or managing complex schedules

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling for executives
  • Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and itineraries
  • Handle correspondence, including emails, calls, and messages with professionalism
  • Organize and maintain files, records, and confidential documents
  • Assist with personal errands, administrative tasks, and special projects
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials
  • Track tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure timely execution
  • Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in all matters
