About The Position

UCP Heartland is seeking compassionate and committed Residential DSP's (Direct Care Professional) for a part-time position in Overland. This role offers a positive, team-driven work environment with a pay rate of $21.00/hour. The available schedule is Saturday from 3 PM to 10 PM and Sunday from 3 PM to 11 PM, totaling 15 hours weekly. As a DSP, you will provide physical assistance with daily tasks, assist with personal hygiene, and facilitate fun activities. You will also follow medical orders, administer medications, and most importantly, provide clients with choices for their daily activities, including entertainment and community outings. Requirements

High School diploma or its equivalent (GED).
Valid Driver's license
Clean Driving Record and successfully completes and maintains assigned drivers training
A MINIMUM OF ONE WEEKEND SHIFT PER WEEKEND
Experience supporting individuals with disabilities or in a customer service field
Ability to take direction and work with minimal supervision.
Ability to consistently work in a professional, cooperative manner with all Agency clients and personnel.
Good written and oral communication skills
Computer Proficiency
Reliable transportation
Must be available for 5-7 days of mandatory training at the corporate office (Monday through Friday 8:45 AM - 4:15 PM). Training is paid.
