Personal Assistant/Companionship Caregivers Needed
About The Position
NOW HIRING - Personal Assistant/Companionship Caregiver. Immediate openings in Redwood City and Atherton areas. Requirements
- Previous experience in caregiving/companion roles, strong personal assistant or household management skills, a compassionate heart, and a proactive, organized approach.
- At least 18 years of age
- HCA Registration with the State of California (we can help you obtain this upon hire) including meeting state background requirements
- Valid driver’s license, with access to a fully insured personal vehicle
- TB Clearance or Chest X-Ray
- Must be eligible to work in the US.
- Must comply with state background screening requirements.

- Experience supporting elderly clients with behavioral challenges or psychiatric conditions
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly companionship, conversation, games, puzzles, and emotional support.
- Accompany clients to social events, stores, outings, and appointments.
- Help organize calendars, schedule appointments, make plans and follow through, run errands, and assist with grocery shopping.
- Perform basic cleaning, laundry, organizing, and other tasks to help keep the household running smoothly.
- Drive clients safely to appointments, social activities, stores, and errands (valid driver’s license and auto insurance required).
- Provide light transfer and mobility assistance as needed.
- Act as a reliable point of contact with excellent communication skills to coordinate with family members and other care team members.
