About The Position
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal/Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a small, family-friendly team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless servicing of both commercial and personal insurance accounts. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive attitude, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license in Oregon is required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Familiarity with small accounts and managing a book of business.
- Proficiency in Epic software is required.
- Self-starter with a "go-getter" attitude.
- Ability to thrive in a small, family-oriented office environment.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Nice To Haves
- 5+ years of experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Managing day-to-day servicing of commercial and personal insurance accounts.
- Handling endorsements, policy changes, renewals, certificates, and client requests.
- Conducting coverage reviews and resolving billing issues.
- Communicating effectively with carriers, underwriters, and clients.
- Servicing commercial accounts such as contractors, commercial specialties, bonds, business liability, and commercial property.
- Servicing personal accounts such as home, auto, umbrella, and renters insurance.
