Our Permit Coordinator will provide administrative support to the Field Operations Teams by performing clerical and reporting tasks. This role involves ongoing communication regarding warehouse inventory, deliveries, retrievals, and tracking. The coordinator will also be responsible for creating and tracking Blue Stake tickets, preparing and following up on bids and proposals for additional work, assessing permitting requirements or codes, and coordinating permit issuance through various municipalities. Additionally, the role includes conducting weekly and monthly operations reports.
