Requirements

  • Experience in pulling permits and scheduling inspections.

Nice To Haves

  • Ability to keep the backlog inspection down.
  • Satisfying inspectional service requirement.

Responsibilities

  • Scheduling inspections for the departments: Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, and Drain & Sewer.
  • Pulling permits for work to be completed in the corresponding city.
  • Coordination of homeowner, city inspector, and license official to perform municipal inspections.
  • Communicating with the license technician to schedule any follow-ups as needed.
