Requirements

• A high school education or equivalent required.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to function well in a high-paced environment.
• Must have clean driving record.
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to wear PPE such as ear plugs, safety glasses, gloves, steel toe shoes, and/or fall protection.
• Ability to stand and walk on uneven surfaces in construction and/or heavy industrial sites, climb ladders and stairs.
• Basic understanding of office equipment.
• Ability to work independently and identify and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Drive to various locations to pick up plans.
• Assist Sales team with design, parts, etc.
• Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of departmental files.
• Work with design team to get plans drawn and submitted in a timely manner.
• Submit permits to multiple jurisdictions
• Update permit sheet and monitor the status of the permits.
• Additional tasks could include part ordering and other duties assigned by management.
• Adheres to the Code of Conduct, Confidentiality Agreement, and Company Safety Policy.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
