About The Position

The Rodman Early Childhood Program is seeking a dynamic and dedicated individual to serve as our building substitute for the 2026-2027 school year. This role requires prior work experience with children aged 3-5. Our community emphasizes equity, social-emotional learning, and inclusive access to engaging learning experiences for all students. The building substitute will be expected to fill in across all grade levels and in various roles within the school.

Requirements

• Prior work experience with children in early childhood (ages 3-5).
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Collaborative and cooperative.
• Highly flexible and adaptable.
• Strong ability to problem solve and take initiative.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in education or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a building substitute for the 2026-2027 school year.
