About The Position
Average hourly rate is $18.05 (including wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, shift differential, etc.). This role offers the flexibility to work hybrid. As a Support Worker, you’ll work alongside Case Managers to support children and families, helping them build healthy relationships and strong foundations.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent or an Associate degree in Human Services.
- 2 Years previous work experience with children and families
- A willingness to learn—we’ll teach you the rest!
- Cares deeply about helping families.
- Is eager to learn and make a difference.
- Loves connecting with kids and helping them grow.
- Can stay positive, even during challenging situations.
Responsibilities
- Teach life skills like handling emotions, healthy communication, and conflict resolution.
- Help connect families to resources and create plans to improve their lives.
- Be a positive influence by building relationships and advocating for kids and their families.
