About The Position

Using detailed intraoperative knowledge, the candidate will conflict resolve resource limitations from remote locations for seamless patient care delivery. While on site, problem solve, expedite communications with other health care providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Provide, delegate, and coordinate tasks needing to be expedited with other health care providers to meet the holistic needs of a designated group of patients. Ensure clinician satisfaction and resolve issues in a timely manner. Additionally, coordinate, implement, and evaluate processes to meet the educational and competency needs of team members through effective use of a variety of learning activities.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited school/college of nursing required.
• Minimum of three years of clinical experience required.
• Ability to demonstrate effective communication skills required.
• Ability to instruct and collaborate with others required.
• Experience in perioperative area required.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.
• Experience leading/supervising a healthcare team, or in a related area preferred.
• Prior experience in management/leadership position preferred.
