About The Position

Castle Dental, supported by Smile Brands, is seeking a part-time Periodontist for a high-volume practice in Houston, Texas. The role offers an established internal referral network, consistent patient flow, flexible scheduling, and clinical autonomy, with operational support so the Periodontist can focus on patient care rather than practice management. The Periodontist will provide a range of surgical procedures and support the dental team at each practice visited, managing patients’ periodontal needs. Compensation is based on a percentage of net production, with average earnings stated as $3,000 to $5,000 or more per day. The schedule is 2–3 days per month or more, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Active-duty military, veterans, and spouses are welcomed.

Requirements

Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctorate of Dental Medicine (DMD).
Periodontics Specialty Certificate from an accredited program.
Active DEA license or a DEA license in process.

Responsibilities

Provide a wide range of surgical procedures for patients.
Support the dental team at each dental practice visited.
Provide care for patients’ periodontal needs with full clinical autonomy.
