Immediate need for a part-time Periodontist in Santa Rosa, CA. 1 day per month. Gentle Dental provides a large network of resources to empower our Dental partners. Requirements

• Periodontics Residency Certificate
• Accredited Dental School Graduate
• CPR certification
• DEA certification
• NPI certification
