About The Position
Cooper Periodontics & Implantology is a respected periodontal and implant specialty practice serving the Great Neck community. The practice is committed to delivering advanced surgical care in a professional, patient-centered environment with a strong reputation for excellence. The Periodontist will provide comprehensive periodontal and implant services while collaborating closely with our referral partners and in-house team. This role offers a consistent two-day schedule with a strong patient base and a focus on high-quality specialty care.
Requirements
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
- Completion of a Periodontic Residency.
- Current state dental license in good standing.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat periodontal disease through non-surgical and surgical therapies
- Perform implant placement and related surgical procedures
- Develop comprehensive treatment plans in coordination with referring dentists
- Educate patients on periodontal health, implant options, and maintenance care
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with all regulations
- Deliver an exceptional patient experience focused on comfort and clinical excellence
