About The Position

An associate-to-owner opportunity at an established fee-for-service periodontal and implant practice in Tucson, Arizona. The practice has served the community for more than 20 years and has a strong reputation and referral base. The owner is seeking a long-term associate who may progress to partnership and equity ownership, with a flexible ownership timeline and mentorship during the transition.

The incoming periodontist will provide full-scope periodontal care, with an emphasis on implant placement and related procedures, periodontal surgery, regenerative procedures, moderate IV sedation, and comprehensive periodontal treatment planning. The position offers clinical autonomy alongside collaboration and mentorship from an experienced surgical clinician. The practice has immediate patient flow, significant implant volume, an experienced team, and modern technology including CBCT, digital panoramic imaging, laser dentistry, Nobel Biocare implants, and IV sedation capabilities.

The schedule is full-time, Monday through Thursday, with optional Friday expansion. Compensation is production-based and includes a daily guarantee, a comprehensive benefits package, and potential long-term earnings through partnership and ownership. The practice is located in Tucson, which offers year-round sunshine, outdoor recreation, mountain views, and access to city amenities.

Responsibilities
