Requirements

DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
Active state dental license and DEA registration (as required).
3-5 years of proven proficiency in periodontic procedures including, but not limited to, implants, gum therapy, extractions, etc.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

GPR or AEGD preferred.

Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive periodontic treatment — with a focus on patient comfort, education and outcomes.
Perform thorough examinations, diagnose periodontal conditions and create clear, patient-centered treatment plans.
Leverage digital tools such as iTero and Cone Beam to support accurate diagnosis and patient communication.
Engage in continuing professional development through SDM’s clinician network and learning resources.
Contribute to a team culture built on respect, integrity and growth.
