About The Position

A private practice in Summerlin, NV is seeking a talented, patient-focused Periodontist to join their established, cosmetic-driven general practice. This is an exciting opportunity for a periodontist who enjoys collaborating with a strong restorative team and wants to help grow an in-house periodontal and implant program within a thriving practice. The practice has earned a reputation as one of the area's premier dental practices, combining exceptional patient care with modern technology and a highly experienced clinical team. They are looking to begin with 2 days per month, with the goal of growing the schedule to 1-2 days per week as demand increases. This role offers the opportunity to help shape and grow the periodontal department while working alongside an experienced restorative team committed to comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

Talented, patient-focused Periodontist.
Collaborative, relationship-driven periodontist.

Comfortable working closely with restorative dentists on implant and periodontal treatment planning.
Interested in helping build and grow a specialty program within a successful GP practice.
Committed to delivering an outstanding patient experience.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Neodent implant system (Straumann family).
Experience with in-office sedation with appropriate compliance and credentialing.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with a strong restorative team.
Help grow an in-house periodontal and implant program.
Place and restore implants.
Manage complex periodontal and implant cases, including sinus augmentation and advanced grafting.
Keep more specialty care in-house.
Expand services for the existing patient base.
Help shape and grow the periodontal department.
Work alongside an experienced restorative team committed to comprehensive patient care.
