About The Position
The Perfusionist will be responsible for assisting in ECMO cannulation in adult, pediatric, and neonatal patients. This role requires the ability to work independently and operate in fast-paced emergent cardiac cases. ECMO Transport experience is mandatory. The facility has recently transferred to Spectrum Pumps, so experience with this equipment is essential. The candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Perfusion and at least 1 year of EPIC experience. This position is for an experienced traveler, and first-time travelers will not be considered.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Perfusion.
- ECMO Transport experience.
- Spectrum Pump experience.
- Experience in Terumo system 1, Quest MPS 2/3 Cardioplegia, ISTAT, Centrimag, Impella 5.5, Bellmont Hyperthermia Kit, CardioHelp, Angiovac, CardioQuip HC.
- At least 1 year of EPIC experience.
- Experience in CVOR, General OR, Pedi CVOR, Pedi General OR, and Trauma Level 1 settings.
- Must be an experienced traveler; no first-time travelers.
Responsibilities

- Utilize Spectrum Pumps.
- Utilize Terumo system 1, Quest MPS 2/3 Cardioplegia, ISTAT, Centrimag, Impella 5.5, Bellmont Hyperthermia Kit, CardioHelp, Angiovac, CardioQuip HC.
- Work 5 days a week, with shift times subject to change based on need.
