About The Position

SpecialtyCare is hiring an Experienced Perfusionist to join their team of nine (9) Perfusionists, eight (8) ECMO Specialists, and two (2) Organ Preservationists in Largo, Florida. This is a high-volume perfusion program with more than 1,100 annual cases, including heart and liver transplants, CABGs, Valves, VADs, TAVRs, and occasional Dissections with the opportunity to do NRP/ORS. Requirements

Graduate of Accredited Perfusion training program.
Certification by the American Board of Cardiovascular Perfusion (ABCP) or meets other Company requirements as a perfusionist.
Ability to work on Call.
Must live within 30 minutes from the hospital.
High level of ethical, intellectual, professional and personal values.
Focused on clinical quality and delivering the absolute best results for patients.
Ability to adapt and thrive in a high stress environment.
Excellent communication skills.
Basic computer skills.
Proven self-starter who works well independently and as a part of the OR team.

Responsibilities

Perform perfusion services for various cases including heart and liver transplants, CABGs, Valves, VADs, TAVRs, and occasional Dissections.
Opportunity to perform NRP/ORS.
Work on Call and live within 30 minutes from the hospital.
Collaborate with a team of Perfusionists, ECMO Specialists, and Organ Preservationists.
