This job provides assistance and support to the perfusionists as they perform their services. These duties may include setting up of perfusion circuits, physiological monitoring, cell saving, rapid infusion pumps and the operation and monitoring of various types of point of care testing equipment, documentation and maintenance of perfusion records and procedures during cases, monitoring of inventory, and ordering supplies. Assures that all equipment is clean and functioning for each procedure and demonstrates actions consistent with the Advanced Optical Microscopy Facility (AOMF) guiding principles as duties are performed on a daily basis.
