The Nell Hodgson Woodruff School of Nursing at Emory University is seeking a part-time faculty member to teach in its Master's in Cardiovascular Perfusion Science program. This 50% 9-month position begins in the Fall semester of 2026. The role involves face-to-face instruction, supervision, and evaluation of students in clinical, skills laboratory, and simulation settings. The successful candidate must reside within commuting distance to Emory University's main campus and the Emory Nursing Learning Center in Decatur, Georgia. The School is dedicated to advancing its mission of educating visionary leaders and scholars, generating and applying knowledge, and transforming nursing and healthcare systems locally and globally. Applications are sought from certified perfusionists who have graduated from an accredited perfusion program and hold a Master's degree or higher. Priority will be given to candidates with teaching experience. Master's prepared individuals will be hired as clinical instructors, appointed to the rank of Assistant Professor or higher. Individuals with a doctorate and peer-reviewed publications will also be considered. Appointment rank will be determined by credentials and experience.
