About The Position

Conduct Performance analysis and evaluation of all process driven metrics, along with determining the effectiveness of tools and resources as applicable. Build relationships with business leaders, identify Performance and learning needs, and act as a consultant with AIU Leaders and Training to determine appropriate Performance improvement interventions.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required
1-2 years of experience as a consultant in a professional setting
Proven experience consulting with business managers and determining training needs and solutions
Implemented organization development, training and or change management initiatives
Experienced in facilitating team building interventions
Prior performance coaching experience
Consulting and client facing skills
Analytic, problem solving and critical thinking skills
Knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional techniques
Knowledge and application of the ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement & Evaluate) process
Interpersonal and relationship building skills
Facilitation and presentation skills
Performance coaching skills
Oral and written communication skills

Responsibilities

Interface with leaders to uncover advisor Performance improvement needs, through needs and root cause analysis, explore potential interventions, and implement learning and development strategies to address deficiencies and reinforce strengths.
Support the Leader in determining Performance intervention needs for managers by observing team Trainings hosted, observing Advisor coaching sessions, and assisting managers in identification of the root cause of Performance issues.
Deliver feedback to Leaders in response to leadership support activities.
Conduct Performance needs analysis; job, skill and task analyses.
Identify holistic Performance solutions (courseware, tools, Performance support job aids, etc.).
Plan and host/facilitate topic-based learning labs based on Performance needs identified by both the Leader and AIU Performance Specialist Manager.
Support AIU managers in calibrating call observations, coaching of advisors and providing solutions based on research.
Partner with AIU Performance Specialist Manager to execute and champion the change management for new Training programs/solutions to ensure flawless implementation and drive user adoption which may include: key stakeholder alignment, Training, communications, and content reinforcement.
Conduct topic-based instructor-led (classroom, one-on-one or webinar) Training, per prescribed schedule of events and as necessary.
Conduct Training evaluation and pipeline content changes to the Training Solution design team.
Support facilitation of New Hire Admissions classroom training as requested by the AIU Performance Specialist Manager.
Manage all aspects of multiple projects simultaneously, including communication, measurements and proper documentation.
Conduct call observations
