About The Position

We are seeking a client-facing Performance Testing Lead to join our professional services team and lead testing and quality assurance for banking and fintech clients. In this full-time role, you will partner closely with client stakeholders and internal engineering teams to define, build, test, and launch scalable server-side capabilities and digital products.

Requirements

Experience with Iliad T3
Hands on experience with JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, or k6.
Strong familiarity with Splunk and Datadog
Scripting skills in Python, Java, Scala, JavaScript, or Shell

Nice To Haves

Experience working with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and CI/CD practices
Background working with regulated environments and secure SDLC practices

Responsibilities
