Performance Testing Architect
About The Position
Drive the performance testing approach across the enterprise. Define and implement performance test strategies including roadmap, tools, framework and approach across application product teams. Understand and document functional and non-functional testing requirements. Maintain and upgrade performance tools and architecture. Produce test deliverables. Identify performance bottlenecks and recommend infrastructure adjustments. Help define SLAs and ensure the System Under Test (SUT) is able to meet those SLAs. Resolve issues and report concerns to Test and Project Management. Provide guidance and training to team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Business, Finance, or a related field and five (5) years of progressive, post bachelor’s related work experience.
- Five (5) years of experience with/in Quality Assurance engineering and performance testing activities.
- Five (5) years of experience developing test plans, test strategy, test cases and test scripts.
- Five (5) years of experience developing automated scripts for SAP and NON-SAP applications using at least 3 of the following: Web HTTP/HTML, SAP GUI, CITRIX, SAP WEB, TruClient, and/or Web Protocol.
- Five (5) years of experience providing support on SAP work streams and identifying performance bottleneck(s).
- Five (5) years of experience managing the compilation of business integration requirements into SAP systems.
