About The Position
Lead performance testing efforts for IVR systems, ensuring high-quality voice interactions. Collaborate with project team managers, application developers, and architects during EST hours. Design and maintain intricate data-driven testing scripts in Cyara/LRE. Monitor environment requirements and orchestrate testing with CI/CD tools. Conduct deep dive analysis and report performance metrics through dashboards.
