We're seeking a Data & Reporting Analyst to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders. In this role, you'll ensure data accuracy, investigate discrepancies, support data stewardship efforts, and translate complex information into actionable insights that make an impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 2 or more years of experience
• Experience analyzing and validating data
• Strong Excel, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong attention to detail and project management skills
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field of study
• 2-5 years of experience
• No Supervisor Experience

Nice To Haves

• Healthcare experience and Epic EMR knowledge preferred
• Master's Degree
• 5-10 years of experience
• < 2 years of Supervisor Experience

Responsibilities

• Serves as a key resource for questions about performance measurement and regulatory requirements.
• Participates in and facilitates performance improvement teams and provides education to customers.
• Improves processes to disseminate data and information to key customers.
• Performs descriptive analyses and report generation.
• Provides performance measurement and analytical support to the organization by utilizing measurement & performance improvement skills to support clinical decision-making, to support performance improvement teams, and to identify trends and root causes.
• Maintains expert knowledge of regulatory requirements as required by CMS, TJC, etc.
• Collects data, manages databases, performs descriptive or advanced statistical analysis on data sets, and designs & creates reports.
• Participates & facilitates performance improvement and organizational strategic initiative teams as necessary.
• Provides performance measurement & regulatory education to customers.
