About The Position

The Reporting Analyst will be an integral member of the Advisory Analytics team providing support to Mariner Wealth Advisors Ultra High net worth clientele ensuring data integrity, timely client billing, and effective trading processes and management. The Reporting Analyst will have responsibilities across a full range of functions including onboarding client data, generating performance reports, ensuring data is updated correctly, and assisting with investment management & billing inside Black Diamond performance reporting software. Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain the necessary attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential to effective client relationships.
  • Highly organized with strong analytical skills.

  • Strong willingness to learn and open to coaching.
  • Positive attitude toward client relations to provide exceptional, proactive client service.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3 years of experience in financial services

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for supporting diverse reporting needs in support of our advisor support team for ultra-high net worth clients.
  • Monitor the integrity of information, investigate, and resolve discrepancies, and provide comprehensive investment reporting.
  • Auditing and preparing daily transaction reports to share with the broader organization which includes previous day’s trades, transactions, and cash flows.
  • Manage and own all private equity and alternative investment data in our portfolio reporting system including tracking capital calls, distributions, and fund valuations for our high-net-worth clients.
  • Review activities within the job scope for sufficient controls to prevent errors, fraud and misstatements of financial results.
  • Attend and participate in learning opportunities through associate meetings and internal resources made available through compliance, practice management, etc.
