We’re building and scaling our Owned & Operated (O&O) lead generation engine and are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and data-driven Performance Marketing Operations Manager to support execution across our programs. This is an individual contributor role focused on hands-on execution and operational excellence. This role sits at the center of execution, helping connect strategy to day-to-day operations and ensuring programs run smoothly across all acquisition channels (direct mail, paid media, outbound dialing, and affiliate). When a program launches, you help ensure it is set up correctly, tracked accurately, monitored consistently, and reported clearly.
