About The Position

As a Performance Marketing Manager reporting to the Head of Digital Acquisition in our Global Marketing team, your purpose will be to help drive global customer acquisition for both Booksy B2B and B2C. In this role, you will blend analytical rigor with creative experimentation to launch campaigns, build multichannel programs, optimize funnels, and own the KPIs that fuel product-led growth. You’ll work cross-functionally with Creative, Product Marketing, Product, Data, Operations, and Leadership to accelerate acquisition. This role sits in a rapidly growing part of our business and requires someone who is scrappy and testing-obsessed. Expectations are high and the work moves quickly so the environment can be ambiguous, demanding, and high-pressure at times.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in growth marketing or performance marketing or paid acquisition, with strong hands-on expertise in SEM and paid social.
  • Comfortability working with tools such as Looker, AppsFlyer, SQL, Excel
  • Familiarity with CRM systems like Hubspot or SalesForce.
  • Strong landing page and ad copy instincts, with an eye for what works and a bias toward thoughtful, opinionated testing.
  • Attention to detail and a methodical approach, whether it’s structuring a test, reviewing data, or QAing ad copy.
  • This role is required to be located in and work EST hours.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and scale high-budget programs across the paid ecosystem, including SEM (Google/Bing) and Paid Social (TikTok, Meta, Pinterest). You will be responsible for ensuring the setup, bid management (tCPA/tROAS), and alpha/beta testing of new ad products to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Architect and execute a quarterly roadmap focused on incremental growth. This includes sophisticated audience segmentation (First-party data, Lookalikes, Predictive modeling), relentless creative iteration based on performance data, and the aggressive testing of emerging channels.
  • Deep-dive into the "North Star" metrics of the business. You won't just monitor – you will influence and optimize for LTV:CAC ratios, payback periods, and downstream conversion events to maximize Booksy's global footprint.
  • Own the source of truth for paid media performance. You will manage daily spend pacing, provide high-accuracy weekly/monthly forecasts, and Incrementality Testing to ensure every dollar drives measurable, scalable growth.
  • Act as the performance "bridge" between Performance Marketing, Creative, Product, Analytics, and other Cross-Functional Teams. You will provide data-backed briefs to the Creative team to drive "Creative-Led Growth," partner with Product and Analytics to ideate and test data-backed strategies, and more.
