Our client is an AI-native marketing company that helps brands scale through automated, AI-powered advertising. The company partners with growing consumer brands to produce and manage high-performing paid social campaigns for U.S. and European markets, combining AI-generated creative concepts with human refinement to deliver production-ready, conversion-focused ads. We are looking for a Performance Marketing Designer to elevate AI-generated creative concepts into high-performing, production-ready ads for U.S. and European audiences. This role is centered on paid social performance rather than traditional branding: the ideal candidate understands what makes an ad convert and can translate that understanding into polished static and short-form video creatives for Meta and TikTok, working primarily in Canva and CapCut.

Requirements

2–3+ years of experience creating performance marketing or paid social creatives, with a portfolio showing authored, live-campaign work.
Strong proficiency in Canva and CapCut for static and short-form video ad production.
Proven experience creating ads for Meta and TikTok, with a clear understanding of what drives conversion in paid social.
Experience designing for DTC/consumer brands targeting US or European audiences.
Ability to refine creative concepts into polished, production-ready assets.
Working proficiency in English for internal communication with the team.

Responsibilities

Create high-performing static and short-form video ads for paid social campaigns.
