About The Position

Herbal Goodness is a fast-growing wellness and nutraceutical brand dedicated to empowering wellness and changing lives through premium herbal supplements, teas, liquid extracts, superfoods, and functional wellness products. We are seeking a highly skilled, AI-enabled Performance Marketing Consultant to take ownership of our Meta and Google advertising ecosystem and drive measurable revenue growth, improved ROAS, and stronger customer acquisition. This is not a traditional agency management role. We are looking for a hands-on growth operator who can rapidly audit, optimize, and scale our Meta and Google Ads accounts while leveraging AI tools to uncover opportunities, improve campaign performance, and generate meaningful business results. The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate measurable improvements within the first 3–4 weeks of engagement. This role is ideal for someone who combines deep advertising expertise, strong analytical skills, AI-powered optimization capabilities, exceptional communication skills, and a relentless focus on business results.

Requirements

  • 5+ years managing Meta Ads and Google Ads for e-commerce brands
  • Proven success scaling revenue through paid media
  • Strong understanding of Google Search, Google Shopping, Performance Max, Meta Ads, Retargeting, Attribution, and Conversion Tracking
  • Significant experience using AI to analyze, optimize, and scale advertising accounts
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Experience managing advertising budgets of $10,000+ per month

Responsibilities

  • Conduct a complete audit of existing Meta campaigns, analyze campaign structure, audiences, creatives, and attribution, identify inefficiencies and wasted spend, optimize campaign architecture, build and scale winning audiences, develop advanced retargeting strategies, improve customer acquisition efficiency, and launch and manage A/B tests.
  • Conduct a comprehensive audit of all Google Ads campaigns, review Search Campaigns, Shopping Campaigns, Performance Max Campaigns, Display Campaigns, and YouTube Campaigns, improve keyword targeting and coverage, build and maintain robust negative keyword lists, improve Quality Scores, improve campaign structure, improve conversion tracking, and identify opportunities for scaling profitable campaigns.
  • Conduct deep keyword research to identify high-converting keywords, emerging search opportunities, competitor keyword opportunities, and long-tail keyword opportunities.
  • Develop a systematic keyword harvesting process and build ongoing keyword expansion strategies.
  • Translate paid search insights into SEO opportunities.
  • Use AI to analyze advertising account performance and present in the dashboard or automated reports, review large datasets quickly and accurately, identify trends and anomalies, surface growth opportunities, improve keyword research and harvesting, optimize ad copy and creative testing, improve campaign structures, generate performance recommendations, and produce executive-level reporting and analysis.
  • Review and provide recommendations for Product Pages, Collection Pages, Landing Pages, Checkout Flow, and Conversion Funnels.
  • Identify opportunities to improve Conversion Rates, Average Order Value, Customer Acquisition Efficiency, and Revenue Per Visitor.
  • Provide weekly reporting and insights covering Spend, Revenue, ROAS, CPA, Conversion Rate, CTR, CPC, Impression Share, Keyword Performance, Campaign Performance, and Audience Performance. Reports should focus on insights, root causes, opportunities, and action plans, not simply reporting metrics.
