About The Position

This role is responsible for defining financial, operational, and clinical data for evaluating change initiatives, identifying necessary steps, tools, and training for implementation, and overseeing assigned projects and collaborating with executive leadership for resources. The specialist will manage resources, process, and quality assurance, develop and update management plans, and ensure timely and quality project plans, reporting, issue resolution, and communications.

Requirements

  • Certification specializing in Lean Healthcare Mgmt preferred.
  • Licensure required relevant to state in which work is performed
  • Project Mgmt Professional preferred.
  • Registered Nurse preferred.
  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate'sdegree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • Bachelors degree
  • Experience in performance improvement
  • Lean (green or black belt) or quality (CPHQ) certifications preferred

Responsibilities

  • Define financial, operational, and clinical data necessary for evaluating change initiatives.
  • Identify steps, tools, and training necessary to implement a process or structural change.
  • Oversee functioning of assigned projects/project teams and for collaborating with executive leadership to access necessary resources.
  • Manage resources, process and quality assurance of projects within scope of responsibility.
  • Develop and update the ongoing management plan.
  • Monitor and ensure that detailed project plans, reporting mechanisms, issue resolution processes, and communications are timely and meet quality guidelines.
