You'll partner with clinical and operational leaders, bring teams together to solve problems, and turn ideas into measurable results. Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in healthcare operations, quality improvement, performance improvement, project management, or a related field
  • Experience leading improvement initiatives and driving measurable results
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into action
  • Confidence facilitating meetings and working with interdisciplinary teams
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Passion for continuous improvement and creating positive change
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field required
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification required within 6–12 months of hire

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree preferred
  • Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) or similar certification preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead improvement projects from idea to implementation, helping teams achieve meaningful and sustainable results
  • Partner with leaders and frontline team members to identify opportunities for improvement across clinical and operational areas
  • Analyze data, identify trends, and uncover root causes behind process challenges
  • Facilitate workflow mapping sessions, brainstorming meetings, Kaizen events, and other improvement activities
  • Apply Lean, Six Sigma, PDSA, and other continuous improvement methodologies to reduce waste and improve reliability
  • Develop practical solutions that make work easier, safer, and more efficient
  • Create and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success
  • Support change management efforts and help teams adopt new processes with confidence
  • Present project updates, recommendations, and outcomes to leaders and stakeholders
  • Serve as a trusted internal consultant and resource for departments looking to improve performance
