About The Position
The PI Nurse role is responsible for applying clinical knowledge and expertise, advanced critical thinking, coaching, teaching skills, and knowledge of performance improvement tools, techniques, and processes to various mandated and hospital-driven processes. This includes medical staff peer review, clinical database coordination, team/task force development and facilitation, policy and procedure maintenance, and continuous accreditation readiness. The role requires advanced verbal and written skills, good organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to analyze data, manage time, prioritize, communicate effectively, and problem-solve.
Requirements
- BSN or current BHSF RN pursuing BSN to achieve within 3 years of start date.
- Demonstrates involvement in Performance Improvement activities.
- Strong clinical background with at least 5 years experience.
- Demonstrates proficiency with MS office word and excel.
- Minimum Required Experience: 5 Years
- Registered Nurse license.
- Bachelor's degree.
