Performance Improvement Coordinator - Quality Revenue Enhancement
About The Position
Under the supervision of the Director of Operational Excellence, the Quality Incentive Programs Coordinator is accountable for daily duties related to achieving deliverables for government and health plan Quality Incentive Programs. The coordinator ensures SJHH providers meet all attestation requirements and serves as the point of contact for internal and external inquiries about payment or performance status. The role partners with Decision Support teams to obtain data and conduct high-level analysis of SJHH performance trends, and supports Performance Improvement teams in communicating performance opportunities. Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a health care setting or medical claims/insurance operations.
Nice To Haves
- PMI Project Management Professional certification upon hire.
- 5 years of experience in a health care or managed care system.
- Project management experience in an ambulatory care environment.
- Experience with Six Sigma Quality Improvement and Lean Production/Manufacturing processes and tools.
