Their focus is simple: build paid growth systems that drive measurable revenue, not vanity metrics. They’re now looking for a Growth Marketer to own creative strategy, Meta campaign management, and client communication across high-impact accounts. As Growth Marketer, you’ll sit at the intersection of creative strategy, paid media execution, and client leadership. This is a hybrid role — equal parts strategist, media buyer, and client lead. You won’t just manage campaigns; you’ll shape the thinking behind them and drive performance from idea to iteration.
