About The Position

Our client is a fast-growing, remote-first performance marketing agency helping creators, personal brands, and eCommerce companies scale through paid acquisition. In just a few years, they’ve grown to a 20-person global team — doubling in size over the last year — and work with category-leading clients including Arnold Schwarzenegger, Jay Shetty, MDHair, beehiiv, and The Points Guy. Their focus is simple: build paid growth systems that drive measurable revenue, not vanity metrics. They’re now looking for a Growth Marketer to own creative strategy, Meta campaign management, and client communication across high-impact accounts. As Growth Marketer, you’ll sit at the intersection of creative strategy, paid media execution, and client leadership. This is a hybrid role — equal parts strategist, media buyer, and client lead. You won’t just manage campaigns; you’ll shape the thinking behind them and drive performance from idea to iteration.

Requirements

  • Strong copywriting skills (especially hooks and performance-driven messaging)
  • Hands-on experience managing Meta ad campaigns
  • Deep understanding of core ad metrics (CPM, CTR, CVR, CPA/CPL)
  • Ability to connect creative angles to measurable outcomes
  • Confidence leading client conversations and presenting strategy
  • High-agency mindset — you proactively drive projects forward
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, startup-style environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience scaling creator brands or personal brands
  • Background in DTC or eCommerce growth
  • Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
  • Prior agency experience in performance marketing
  • Familiarity with UGC-style creative and trend-driven ad formats

Responsibilities

  • Research audience segments, pain points, and objections through Reddit, reviews, competitor analysis, and social listening
  • Develop persona profiles and strategic angles that resonate and convert
  • Write high-converting hooks, scripts, and direct-response ad copy
  • Direct creative production (shot selection, messaging guidance, storytelling direction)
  • Set up and manage Meta ad campaigns, including targeting and budget allocation
  • Analyze performance metrics (CPM, CTR, CVR, CPA/CPL) to identify winning creative
  • Connect performance data to creative decisions and iterate accordingly
  • Lead client meetings and clearly communicate performance insights and strategy
  • Maintain documentation, meeting agendas, and proactive client updates
