Come help us make Light the global default for next-gen finance. This Growth Marketer role Driving pipeline growth in the US market through creative, scrappy campaigns & actions. Generating SQLs via digital campaigns, regional events, and ABM plays that convert into revenue. Building Light’s brand as the go-to end-to-end finance platform for multinationals. Executing regional roadshows, CFO dinners, and community initiatives in NYC, SF, and beyond. Creating and publishing content that resonates with CFOs, finance leaders, and operators in the US market. Partnering with sales to run localized ABM campaigns, gifting, and VIP experiences. Always testing, iterating, and scaling what works fast — from paid ads to unconventional stunts. Be on the ground, conquering the US for Light. How you fit into the team Your mission is to accelerate Light’s footprint in the US. Based in New York (or an East Coast hub), you’ll run local campaigns end-to-end while collaborating closely with our EU marketing team. As one of Light’s first US-based marketing hires, you must be able to thrive independently, take initiative, and build momentum without daily hand-holding. You’ll bring challenger energy, love trying new things, and thrive on delivering pipeline in one of the most competitive markets. Your qualifications could be: 3–5 years in B2B growth/marketing roles, ideally in SaaS or FinTech. You thrive in startup environments where speed, execution, and iteration are daily. Comfortable balancing both “top of funnel” (brand/digital reach) and “bottom of funnel” (ABM, late-stage accelerators). Trust Building : You excel at creating authentic connections that break down resistance to change in risk-averse departments like finance. Challenger Thinking : You've successfully bypassed traditional marketing channels to reach prospects in innovative, attention-grabbing ways. Community Cultivation : You've built engaged communities around complex B2B products that generate organic word-of-mouth and referrals. Thought Leadership Development : You transform product features into compelling visions of the future that inspire finance leaders to take action. Content-to-Conversion Mastery : You create content that doesn't just educate but actually drives qualified leads that sales can convert. Practical experience using AI or emerging technology tools to improve productivity, insight, or decision-making, with the ability to apply first-principles thinking to new problems.
