Requirements

• 8-12 years of hands-on experience in performance engineering
• Proficiency in performance testing tools (e.g., LoadRunner, JMeter)
• Strong background in analyzing and tuning application performance
• Deep understanding of system architecture and distributed systems
• Expertise in scripting and automation for performance testing
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Nice To Haves

• Experience with cloud-based performance testing
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines focused on performance
• Familiarity with containerization and microservices environments

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive performance testing strategies for enterprise applications
• Analyze test results to identify root causes of performance issues
