About The Position

As a Performance Engineer, you will design and implement performance engineering frameworks to ensure applications are scalable, stable, and highly efficient across both cloud and on‑premises environments. You will analyze system performance, identify bottlenecks, and collaborate with development and operations teams to optimize application behavior and reliability throughout the lifecycle.

Requirements

• Proven experience in performance engineering and testing lifecycle processes.
• Strong expertise with performance testing and monitoring tools such as JMeter, Blazemeter, Splunk, AppDynamics, or ThousandEyes.
• Hands‑on experience designing and executing automated performance and scalability tests.
• Strong understanding of system architecture, operating systems, and database performance.
• Ability to troubleshoot performance issues across server and application layers.
• Experience validating performance for cloud‑based and on‑premises applications.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with test data management tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement performance engineering processes, policies, and standards.
• Design and execute performance, scalability, stress, and stability tests.
• Analyze test results to identify bottlenecks and recommend system optimizations.
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate performance best practices early in the lifecycle.
• Build and maintain automated performance and reliability testing frameworks.
• Diagnose and resolve performance issues related to CPU, memory, threads, and I/O.
• Utilize monitoring and testing tools to evaluate system performance.
• Maintain documentation and communicate findings to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
