About The Position

We are seeking a Performance / Digital Marketing Manager to take full ownership of paid acquisition channels and drive measurable growth. This is a high-impact role suited for someone who can deliver agency-level results independently while optimizing performance across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Paid Media Management Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, and Bing Ads
  • Oversee monthly ad spend (~$5K–$10K+) and scale performance efficiently
  • Performance Analysis & Strategy Analyze campaign data and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Continuously test and optimize campaigns to improve ROI
  • Creative & Asset Development Design and produce marketing assets (ads, creatives, brochures, etc.)
  • Ensure all materials align with brand and conversion goals
  • Cross-Channel Collaboration Work closely with SEO and website functions for an integrated marketing strategy
  • Align paid campaigns with organic growth initiatives
  • Vendor & Task Management Outsource tasks when needed while maintaining high-quality standards
  • Ensure all deliverables meet performance expectations
