About The Position

We are seeking a highly analytical and results Performance Marketing & Digital Media Manager to lead paid media across our ecommerce portfolio. This role owns a multi-million dollar advertising budget and is responsible for driving growth, acquiring new customers, and scaling performance across multiple DTC brand websites. You will oversee execution across search, shopping, social, and emerging platforms while continuously identifying new opportunities for scale through testing and optimization.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, paid media, or ecommerce advertising
  • Proven experience managing large-scale digital ad budgets ($1M+ annually)
  • Hands-on expertise across: Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max) Microsoft Ads Meta (Facebook/Instagram) TikTok Ads Shopify ecosystem (feeds, integrations, attribution basics)
  • Strong understanding of ROAS optimization, CAC targets, and new customer acquisition strategies
  • Deep analytical skillset with ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Experience with A/B testing frameworks and incrementality mindset
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel
  • Ability to manage complexity across multiple brands and campaigns simultaneously

Responsibilities

  • Manage digital advertising across 7+ ecommerce websites spanning multiple Piping Rock brands including Piping Rock, NeoCell, Natural Vitality, Renew Life, and Nature’s Truth
  • Own and optimize a multi-million dollar paid media budget with clear accountability for ROAS, CAC, and new customer acquisition
  • Lead performance marketing across Google, Microsoft, Meta, TikTok, and Shopify ecosystems
  • Execute and optimize campaigns daily, including budget pacing, bid adjustments, creative testing, audience segmentation, and performance tracking
  • Develop and scale acquisition-focused campaigns to drive new customer growth
  • Continuously test new strategies, creatives, audiences, and landing experiences to improve performance
  • Evaluate and expand into new advertising platforms and channels
  • Build and maintain reporting frameworks; deliver clear, actionable performance insights to leadership
  • Partner cross-functionally with creative, ecommerce, and analytics teams to improve conversion and overall funnel performance
