About The Position

Absolute Electrical, Plumbing, Heating & Air is hiring Customer Service Representatives. The position pays $21–$24 per hour depending on experience, with a performance opportunity; the posted pay range is $20–$25 per hour. Available schedules are Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m., or Saturday–Wednesday, 9:30 a.m.–6:30 p.m. The representative handles inbound customer calls, makes outbound calls to customers with memberships to arrange maintenance visits, shares promotions and sales opportunities, and enters sensitive information. Requirements

Previous customer service experience, including inbound call taking.
