About The Position

MailerLite is seeking a Performance Copywriter who is focused on ROI and conversion rates while maintaining a strong brand personality. The primary goal of this role is to drive new sign-ups by creating high-converting digital ads and landing pages. The copywriter will also ensure the brand voice is consistent across various conversion channels, including video, email, and the website. This position offers the opportunity to see your work drive tangible results, with constant experimentation and learning in a supportive team environment. Requirements

  • 3-5 Years of Experience: Proven track record in a performance marketing agency or a fast-growing B2B brand.
  • Native English Proficiency: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • US Market Competency: Proven experience and deep understanding of the US market.
  • A "Conversion-First" Mindset: Understanding of consumer psychology and triggers, differentiating between "clever" and "converting" copy.
  • Technical Literacy: Familiarity with Google Ads interfaces, landing page builders, and basic SEO principles.
  • Data Fluency: Ability to analyze dashboard data and identify solutions for issues like high bounce rates.
  • Portfolio of Wins: Demonstrated success with campaign metrics, before-and-after copy examples, or case studies showing direct conversion lift.
  • Working hours overlap: At least 4 hours of daily overlap with the CET timezone.

Responsibilities

  • Write high-intent headlines and descriptions for Google Ads (RSA) to improve Quality Score and lower CPA.
  • Craft compelling ad copy for Meta, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
  • Design the narrative flow and write copy for landing pages that maintain message match from the ad and convert traffic.
  • Constantly A/B test headlines, CTAs, and hooks.
  • Analyze performance data to iterate on winning copy and phase out underperforming assets.
  • Write high-impact scripts for short-form and longer-form video ads.
  • Work closely with Ads managers and designers to ensure creative vision aligns with technical targeting and visual elements.
