You’ll join PMG’s Performance Content and Creative teams—people who care deeply about making work that performs and feels true to the brand. You’ll partner day to day with creatives, performance media teams, and strategists who are focused on turning audience insight into messages that show up in the right places, at the right moments, with clear outcomes. You’ll also work closely with teams who keep execution strong and measurable: Investment, Ad Ops, Data Science, and Analytics. Together, you’ll connect creative decisions to media delivery and results—so we can learn quickly, improve continuously, and scale what works across channels like Google, Meta, Amazon, and retail media partners. Because this role sits at the intersection of creative and performance, you’ll be a steady connector—bringing clarity to cross-functional work, helping teams move from ideas to execution, and keeping the experience consistent across markets, platforms, and timelines. You’ll do all of this as a (title level) within (discipline), with room for us to align the exact leveling based on the right candidate.
