About The Position

Oversees digital performance marketing strategy and content development across paid, print, OOH channels. Is a strong voice in how owned and earned media can support lead growth as well. Responsible for driving engagement, traffic, and conversion across digital platforms.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in performance marketing and digital strategy
  • Expertise in performance media, analytics, and cross-channel optimization
  • Expertise in digital platforms (Google, Meta, programmatic) and traditional channels
  • Strong understanding of digital creative, UX, and audience behavior
  • Proven experience managing agencies and digital production workflows
  • Education – Bachelor’s Degree

Responsibilities

  • Lead digital performance strategy across search, SEO, display, social, and programmatic channels
  • Manage content strategy needs for paid media planning, digital campaigns and website optimization
  • Understands and manages different audience types for business goals inclusive of special events, venue ticket sales, B2B leasing needs, and general brand awareness
  • Oversee data-driven creative testing, targeting, and audience segmentation
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize in real time; develop reports summarizing spend, reach, and impact
  • Supervise internal and agency resources for media planning and creative production
  • Perform other duties as assigned
