The Director, Digital Content is responsible for leading the strategy, development, and execution of brand content across all platforms. This role blends creative vision with strategic planning to deliver high-quality, resonant, and effective content that aligns with brand voice and business objectives. The Director oversees major campaigns and ongoing digital storytelling, bridging the gap between traditional advertising’s big ideas and content marketing’s focus on audience engagement. They will partner closely with creative agencies, marketing, digital merchandising, and commerce teams. This leader ensures all creative output drives measurable impact and maintains cultural relevance. They will manage a team of UX/UI designers, content creators, content authors, copywriters, and QA resources.
