A Performance Coaching Manager in one of our Clubs is one of our most important positions – there we said it, but it’s because we’re looking for an experienced fitness and sales professional who is responsible for building a strong Personal Training team. We’re also looking for a people-oriented leader who is self-motivated and aligned with our values all rolled into one. As a Performance Coaching Manager, you will focus on managing the Personal Training department. You will strive continuously to improve the Personal Training Program by coordinating, supervising and managing daily operations. You are a highly motivated individual who is dedicated to each member’s health journey so that they have a positive Movati experience. You will oversee training methods and ensure training plans are tailored to reflect our members personal goals and health concerns. You are also highly organized and driven! You are responsible for monthly Personal Training P&L management and developing strategies and business plans in partnership with management to meet sales goals and targets. You will also monitor key performance metrics daily to ensure your team is achieving or exceeding Personal Training sales and session delivery objectives. A Performance Coaching Manager is a fun role as you get to change members lives each and every day! Part of this fulfillment is also leading a team of Performance Coaches by providing managerial oversight that promotes a positive work environment for your team.
