About The Position

Wealthspire is hiring a 2027 Summer Performance Analytics Intern to support the Fiducient Advisors Performance Analytics team. The 10-week program offers day-to-day responsibilities and projects intended to build knowledge of the financial services industry and provide experience in the Performance Analytics function. The role is in person three days per week and remote two days per week, with a location in Chicago, Illinois, or Windsor, Connecticut. The hourly pay range is $20.00–$22.00, and the position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.

Requirements

• Finance, Business, or Economics major required.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple projects at one time.
• General enthusiasm about investments or the financial services industry.
• Proficiency using Microsoft suite products, especially Microsoft Excel.

Nice To Haves

• Preferably a rising senior.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding of new clients within Fiducient’s performance systems.
• Enter, update, and maintain accurate data across performance and CRM systems.
• Use Excel to reconcile performance data and help identify discrepancies.
• Participate in training and professional development opportunities with Performance team leaders.
• Assist with ad hoc projects and other team initiatives as assigned.
