THE ROLE The Performance Analyst performs daily return reviews and understands department systems and procedures.

Requirements

  • 0-2+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree preferably with a concentration in accounting, finance or other related financial discipline or equivalent experience in the mutual fund or securities industry.
  • Understanding of performance calculation and methodology.
  • Proficient Microsoft Office, including creating pivot tables, lookup formulas, and macros is an added benefit.
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
  • This position is not eligible for sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Reviews daily performance reports for accuracy.
  • Responds to questions regarding performance calculations and performance reports.
  • Calculates and reviews performance numbers; research performance issues; generates and distributes performance reports to internal and external customers.
  • Works with internal departments to provide regulatory materials.
