Requirements

  • Experience in incentive, compensation, or bonus program management, ideally within rental car, travel, or service-based industries.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data validation).
  • Basic to intermediate SQL knowledge.
  • Foundational knowledge of AI and cloud-based tools such as Claude, AWS, ChatGPT, Cursor, Codex, or Amazon Redshift.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a high level of attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
  • Clear communication skills across teams and effective collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders at different levels.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Tableau or Google Looker is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

  • Calculate and validate incentive and bonus payouts based on defined program rules, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timeliness.
  • Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports to track performance metrics and support the execution of incentive programs across departments.
  • Extract, clean, and validate data using Excel and SQL, leverage AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Codex to accelerate data workflows, and contribute to maintaining dashboards in tools such as Tableau or Google Looker.
  • Collaborate closely with HR, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure alignment on bonus calculations and program outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, automate processes, and enhance existing reporting and calculation tools.
  • Maintain accurate records of payouts and adjustments, ensuring full adherence to company policies and audit requirements.
