They build/integrate real-time machine learning and image processing systems with advanced hardware and are constantly designing innovative software solutions. For our office in Atlanta, we are looking for a Perception/Computer Vision Engineer starting as soon as possible.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 4+ years of experience working as a Computer Vision generalist or perception engineer
  • Advanced proficiency in Python, as well as proficiency in C++ or Rust
  • Familiarity with embedded Linux platforms, particularly NVIDIA Jetson devices
  • Demonstrated experience in object tracking, target detection or image processing
  • Capable of working in a fast-paced, high-trust environment under a responsible engineer framework
  • Deep knowledge of camera systems working principles
  • To conform to U.S. Government export regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) you must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.

Responsibilities

  • Full Lifecycle Ownership: Work through software design and architecture, all the way through deployment and live field trials. You will help maintain a constant feedback loop from implementation to test and evaluation to improve our product performance.
  • Counter-UAS Perception Adaptation: Tailor our perception stack to overcome environmental noise, clutter, rain, and low-contrast target profiles.
  • Hardware Integration: Integrate computer vision pipelines onto edge hardware for real-time inference and offboard control.
  • Algorithm Development: Code and optimize advanced algorithms for object detection, classification, tracking, target guidance, and target re-identification.
  • Multi-Sensor Correlation: Align camera-based perception outputs with ADSB, radar, and RF inputs.
